Orgain Vegan Protein Powder:
Why I choose Orgain Vegan Protein Powder: First and foremost it is vegan and it is affordable. In close second for reasoning, it comes in a flavor other than chocolate AND still tastes good. I unfortunately do not like chocolate so that limits me on many brands of protein powder. This is free of almost all things: GMO, soy, gluten, and dairy.

Why I choose Therabands: These elastic bands are plenty long to enable completion of many exercises. These three band colors are what you would want to use for most banded exercises. If these colors are too easy moving to free weights or another weighted option is likely best.
Looped Bands:
Why I choose looped bands: The loop feature is great for completing exercises with a focus on maintaining tension. These bands are great for completing stability training for hip or shoulder muscles.
Handheld Bands:
Why I choose handheld bands: Handheld bands are great for accessory work with warmups, cool downs, or when trying to complete dropset or superset training. These bands are also great to have at home or traveling when you don’t have access to free weights.
Handgrips:
Why I choose Finger Handgrips: If you’re gripping for a lot of workouts with dumbbells, barbells, or kettlebells strengthening the hands is a critical piece in injury prevention. If you have suffered from tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, or some other forearm, wrist, or finger(s) injury these are also pivotal in your rehabilitation. The ability to work individual finger dexterity sets these apart from others.
